Cinnamon Crumble Banana Bread

Although some dislike the descriptor "moist," this bread fits the bill. Soft and fluffy. No dry bread!  

Each bite is flavorful with just enough banana and cinnamon crumble. A single slice will be hard to resist.  

Quick and Easy—this may be made in an hour (depending on loaf pan size).  

The crumble topping is my favorite. Buttery, delicious, cinnamon-crusted banana bread!

Freezes well—make extra and freeze for later. Store it in the freezer for 4 months.  

In a medium bowl, mix eggs, banana, sugar, oil, and yogurt. Stir in flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt until just mixed. Do not overmix.  

Add butter and mix until crumbs form using fingers or fork. Prepare pans and pour batter evenly.
